We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative who can hit the ground running—bringing both technical knowledge of State Farm systems and a passion for building meaningful client relationships. You’ll be instrumental in supporting our customers while helping to grow and retain our book through in-policy product recommendations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing client requests including billing, policy changes, and claims support.
- Conducting proactive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and present solutions.
- Recommending appropriate products that align with client needs and life changes.
- Building strong relationships that increase retention and customer satisfaction.
- Contributing to agency growth by generating referrals and supporting team initiatives.
Who You Are:

Currently Licensed in Property & Casualty (Life & Health a plus).

Minimum 1 year of State Farm agency experience (or equivalent platform proficiency).
- Confident using State Farm systems to service policies accurately and efficiently.
- Service-driven with a consultative, sales-minded approach to client care.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication and follow-up.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
