The Haviland Agency – State Farm Insurance
- Manage client accounts using State Farm platforms and service workflows
- Support policyholders with changes, billing inquiries, certificates, and claims follow-up
- Conduct proactive coverage reviews to ensure customers are properly protected
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on client needs and life events
- Maintain strong relationships that support retention and referrals

- Minimal learning curve due to your existing State Farm system knowledge

- At least 1 year of experience working in a State Farm agency

- Service-oriented with the ability to confidently pivot into sales when appropriate
