The Haviland Agency is seeking a licensed insurance professional with State Farm agency experience who excels at service, relationship management, and identifying sales opportunities within the existing book of business. If you’re someone who delivers exceptional customer care and can confidently pivot into sales conversations when needs arise, we want to meet you.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-driven team member who understands State Farm systems, enjoys helping people, and is ready to step into a position that rewards both service quality and in-book sales performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage client accounts using State Farm platforms and service workflows

  • Support policyholders with changes, billing inquiries, certificates, and claims follow-up

  • Conduct proactive coverage reviews to ensure customers are properly protected

  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on client needs and life events

  • Maintain strong relationships that support retention and referrals

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Property & Casualty license (Life & Health a plus)

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a State Farm agency

  • Proficient in State Farm platforms (NECHO, ECRM, P&C/L&H workflows, etc.)

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

  • Service-oriented with the ability to confidently pivot into sales when appropriate
